4. Pricing and Payment

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge may apply.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where MER Transport LLC fails to provide the agreed-upon service due to our own fault. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery.

6. Liability

MER Transport LLC will make every effort to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your freight. However, we are not liable for:

Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
Loss or damage to items not properly secured or packed by the customer.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claims, including loss or damage to freight, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during service transactions will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
